For the summer of 2022, I decided to take on the branch manager position at Young Entrepreneurs after being recruited by a local network. I was a late hire coming into the program, being 2 months behind my fellow interns. But with the incredible mentorship from my executive Kevin Hiselman, I was able to overcome the challenges that were presented throughout the summer and managed to stay consistent and effective with my work till the end. I’m excited to say that I produced over $130,000 and profited over $30,0000 from this past year. I was able to build on my personal and professional skills that I will be able to use for years to come. This program allows you to become your superior self and understand what it takes to be successful. For this upcoming season, I will be starting my rookie executive year. I will hire and mentor 6 new branch managers. I want to replicate the same model that my executive taught me for my new interns. I look forward to what this year has to offer!
