Question: How long have you been in business?

Answer:

We have been in business since 1985.

Question: Do you have insurance?

Answer:

Yes! We have $1,000,000 Liability Insurance and Worker\’s Comp Insurance.

Question: What kind of prep work will be performed?

Answer:

First, we will pressure wash the home prior to starting. We will then scrape and feather sand all areas that are peeling. We also caulk and prime as needed.

Question: Do you have a guarantee on your work?

Answer:

Yes! We have a one-year guarantee on one coat and two-year guarantee on two coats. *Decks Excluded.

Question: Do you work on weekends?

Answer:

We are very flexible with the homeowner’s schedule. If it rains during the week we also work weekends to stay on schedule.

Question: How long does it take to paint a house?

Answer:

It depends on the job size but the average job will take 1-2 days.

Question: What kind of paint do you use?

Answer:

We use all the top quality Sherwin Williams products.

Question: Do you have any references?

Answer:

Yes! References are available in your area upon request. Also see the Customer Testimonial section.

Question: Do you protect all landscaping?

Answer:

Yes! We drop cloth all areas. To ensure we leave your home flawless.

Question: Are your painters trained?

Answer:

Yes! We have paint training for all our employees.

Question: How does payment work?

Answer:

We require a 20% deposit. After completion of the job we will take you on a walk around, after you are 100% satisfied we the ask for the remaining 80%.

We accept Cash, personal checks, money orders made payable to Student Painters.

Answer:
